Make one entity for yourself and one for each firm or rental business. The dropdown at the top left switches between them any time.

Entities

  • One entity = one complete set of books. Money never mixes between entities.
  • Types: Business, Personal, Investment, Rental, or several at once.
  • Each entity chooses how its books speak, all changeable any time: notation (Plain words / Debit-Credit / Dr-Cr / To-By), date format, number style (1,00,000 lakhs or 100,000 millions), and whether books are called "Account" or "Ledger".
  • Owner's own money is tracked as Equity (contributions, drawings, capital), never mistaken for income or an expense.
The Sharing screen: invite an accountant or investor and choose what they can do.

Sharing and sign-in

  • Invite an accountant or an investor with limited access: they can see and enter transactions without owning the account.
  • Sign in with Google, or with email and password.
  • An email tells you when your account is used from a new device.
  • Delete your own account and all its data from Settings, any time.
