Terms of service

Last updated 2026-11-03. Short and in plain words.

The service

OmniAccount is web-based bookkeeping software at app.omniaccounting.in, made by techWomb. You get an account for yourself and may create entities, invite people, and import and enter your own financial data.

Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what is done under your account.
  • You must be the person or an authorised representative of the business whose books you keep.
  • You may invite others; what they can do is what you grant them.

Plans

  • Every new account gets a free trial of one year with every feature.
  • After the trial the account moves to the Free plan (one entity). A Paid plan with unlimited entities and sharing will be offered; its price will be published on the pricing page before anyone is charged.
  • A small launch group holds invite-based plans (Founding Member, Golden Pass) on the terms of their invitation.
  • A plan change never deletes your data.

Your data

  • Your books are yours. We use them only to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy.
  • You can delete your account and all its data at any time from Settings.

What the software is, and is not

  • OmniAccount keeps books the way you tell it to. It is not tax, legal or accounting advice, and it does not file anything with any authority.
  • The features page says what is built; anything marked Planned is not available yet.
  • The service is provided as is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it beyond what the law requires.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for anything unlawful, do not try to reach other customers' data, and do not test security against real customer data (see the security page for how to report a problem).

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes and the new terms apply from then on.
