This website

www.omniaccounting.in is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and sends nothing anywhere. The only scripts are our own, for the phone menu.

The app (app.omniaccounting.in)

What we store

• Your account: name, email, a hashed password (or the Google account id if you sign in with Google). Never the password itself.
• Your books: the entities, accounts, transactions, people, properties, invoices, investments and notes you enter or import, and the files you attach (receipt photos, invoice PDFs).
• Sign-in records: the device and time of sign-ins, used to email you when a new device signs in.
• An audit log: changes to key records, kept append-only so it can never be altered.

How your data is used

• To run the app for you. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.
• A statement PDF or bill photo you upload is read by an AI reading service to extract its rows; the rows are shown to you as a preview and saved only when you confirm.
• Emails: password reset links, new-device sign-in alerts, and account notices such as the end of your trial or the deletion of your account.

Who can see your books

• You, and the people you invite with the access you give them.
• Every organization is isolated by the database itself (row-level security); attachments are visible only to the organization they belong to.
• The platform owner has a separate administration view of organizations and plans, never linked from the customer app, with every admin action written to the audit log.

Cookies in the app

One session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 7 days. It is HTTP-only and sent over HTTPS only. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Deleting your data

Settings → Delete account removes your account and all of its data permanently. You receive a confirmation email. A plan change never deletes data.
