Each tenant links to a property with a monthly rent. The app then knows exactly who owes what, month by month, without you typing a single invoice by hand.
The 12-month grid

- A property is a real asset in the books, with a purchase value and whether it has a mortgage.
- Rental metrics: annual rent yield per property, in the Reports.
- Loans and security deposits are tracked as what they are: money owed, never income or expense.
